Pools

Pool security and prevention of contamination are areas of concern for public swimming pool operators. The DEQ requires a permit to build a public swimming pool, and requires annual inspection and certification to operate a public pool/spa. The annual fee for a public swimming pool or spa is $195.00, with a fee of $65.00 for each additional pool/spa. Below are links to some helpful resources for the pool owner.
